What is Digimax Creative?

A:

Digimax Creative™ is a digital design studio dedicated to offering digital print and web design services.


Q:

How is Digimax unique?

A:

We specialize in designing custom made promotional material and providing digital assets that help you reach your target audience. We pride ourselves in being a cost-effective option, providing high resolution digital files for download. We eliminate shipping fees for our print-based products and also provide a streamlined process for our web-based products.


Q:

Does Digimax Creative™ offer customer support in other languages?

A:

At this time, we are only able to respond to inquiries in English. If you send us an inquiry in another language, we will use a translation service to interpret your message, then reply as best we can in English.


Q:

Do you provide design services that is not provided on the site?

A:

Please contact us. The more information you can share about the requested service, the quicker we will be able to inform you whether we can add it to the Digimax Creative™ Web store. We are always in search of new products to offer.


Q:

Can I share my order with someone else?

A:

You may not share your order with another person. Please note that you agreed to the terms of use. Your information is personal, and it is in your best interest we recommend you follow this indication. Third parties may attempt to access your information without your consent. If you are conflicted with third party intrusions on your order, please immediately contact us.



Made-To-Order Products

Q:

What are made-to-order products?

A:

Made-to-order products are digital products that are designed once an order is placed. Such products must be designed prior to final digital download.


Q:

How much time does it take for a made-to-order product to be designed?

A:

The estimated design time varies between product to product. Detailed information is provided on each product page. But generally speaking lead times about 2 weeks for digital print products.


Q:

I just made payment. What's next?

A:

After you order has been placed you will be redirected to our project-details page where you are required to download and fill out project briefs and other documents to aid in the project. Once files are received, work begins.



Digital Delivery

Q:

How do I download my digital product(s)?

A:

To download your product(s), you will receive instructions within your confirmation email. Please follow the instructions closely to successfully download your product(s). Please note, you have 30 days to download your digital product(s). After the 30 days your digital files will be deleted. An additional fee will be charged for file access past the 30 days.


Q:

How many times can I download my product, and on how many computers?

A:

You may download you product as many times as you like on one computer only. Please be sure to download your product safely and on the right computer by following the downloading instructions provided with the confirmation of your purchase.



Website Functions

Q:

My browser is having trouble with your site.

A:

We've developed our site to be compatible with all modern browsers (Internet Explorer 8.0 or later, or any Web kit-based browser, including Firefox, Safari and Chrome). If you're experiencing problems while using a browser older than the above, we strongly recommend that you to a more modern browser. If you're using one of the above browsers and still having problems, we'd appreciate it very much if you'd contact us with the details, including the exact operating system and browser you're using.


Q:

I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation.

A:

Start by checking your spam or junk email folders! Thanks to spammers, legitimate email (such as the order information sent from digimaxcreative.com) is often misfiled. To make matters worse, some Internet service providers are known to be arbitrarily blocking email from ISPs they consider to be spammers without telling their subscribers that their mail is being blocked.


Q:

How do I upload my project briefs and other supporting documents?

A:

Use the uploader tool provided on the Project-Details page and follow the simple instructions. It's easy.



Payment

Q:

How can I pay?

A:

We accept Visa, MasterCard and debit cards. We also accept PayPal.


Q:

How do I know I have successfully placed my order?

A:

If your order has been successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your inboxes, including spam and, for Gmail users, your Promotions inbox for your confirmation email.


Q:

Why was my order canceled?

A:

There are several possible reasons why your order might have been cancelled:

1. Our e-mails did not reach you.
Please make sure you have provided us with a valid e-mail address and that you can receive mails from our domain (digimaxcreative.com) without being blocked by your ISP / spam checker / e-mail application.

2. We asked you to do something to finalize your order but didn't get any reply.
For example, after your order has been placed, you would have been redirected to our project-details page where you are required to download and fill out project briefs and did not upload them to us. We will e-mail you to confirm but if no reply is received from you after a certain period, we usually choose to cancel the entire order.

3. There is an unsettled case with your previous order.
We cannot accept orders from customers with outstanding problems on previous orders. You will be able to order again once the problem has been resolved.

4. You chose a payment method not available for your country.
Not all payment methods are available for all countries. Please make sure the payment method you have selected is available for your country.


Q:

PayPal Error

A:

Unfortunately PayPal was unable to complete your payment. This is due to being unable to charge your credit card or other funding source. We are unable to answer questions about this situation so we ask that you please contact PayPal or use another funding source (credit card or bank account) with your PayPal account.


Q:

Can I pay in installments?

A:

No. With the exception of Responsive Website design services, all payments must be paid in full.


Q:

Is my credit card information safe?

A:

Yes. All credit card transactions are processed via a reliable third-party payment system. Your information is never stored on Digimax Creative™ servers.


Q:

Where can I find my Transaction ID?

A:

You can find your order ID in your confirmation email and purchase order sent to you. Your Transaction ID is important for you to track your order, to make modifications or any other request pertaining to your purchase.


Q:

Do I need to pay additional taxes when I check out?

A:

A 13% Local Sales Tax fee will apply to your purchase. It is required by the LAW.


Q:

I have a question about my charges.

A:

How can I cancel my order? How do I proceed?

A:

We're sorry you changed your mind. If you still wish to cancel your order, simply contact our customer support.
